The cost of our animation services ranges from $2000 to $20,000. That’s a pretty wide range, so where does your project fit in it?

There are several stages in the making of the video that affect the price. Some stages are optional, so the cost really depends on the duration and style of the video. And your budget, of course.

Whether you need a script and voice-over changes the cost as well. Some clients already have a written script, for others we create one, so that increases the price.

Our team works on a tight schedule to make sure our client’s deadlines are satisfied. We discuss the timeline with our clients until we agree upon a deadline.

What if the project requires urgency? Well, the CRFT agency is flexible and makes an effort to speed up the process whenever is needed. To deliver an urgent project, we must acquire additional resources and reorganize our teams. Because of this, we charge more for speeding up the process.

We will make an effort to deliver as fast as possible.

The CRFT team will finish your project in 4 to 6 weeks. The process, on average, lasts 4-5 weeks. In that time, we will have your project in its final stages, from scriptwriting to special effects.

Once we have the animation ready, we’ll send it to you, and ask for feedback. With this step, we want to make sure that our clients are satisfied with our services. Usually, there are some revisions and changes that the client wants to be made.

Our product animation services will take 4-5 weeks. While the finishing stages for feedback and revisions last a week or two.
We will stay in touch with you throughout the stages to make sure you are up-to-date and satisfied.

This is not necessary though, we don’t expect our clients to provide us with everything. It’s okay if you don’t have any briefing material.

Some clients only have a vague idea. So they discuss with us how they want it visualized without any briefing materials. Others have a script ready, and know exactly how they want their idea to be visualized.

The process starts with a discovery call and a brainstorming stage. Here, we discuss with you what style to use, what your purpose is, what the story should look like, etc…

Once we are sure that we are on the same page, we start by writing a script. Designing the illustrations, and creating the voice-over. Then, we animate the illustrations, add special effects, and compose all elements in a complete video.

Throughout the project, we will stay in touch with you, asking for feedback to make sure you get the video you wanted. We also do outsourcing where we share source files. So you can use the materials in any future projects along with a guide on how to use them.

You should know that we require an advance of 50% of the project’s cost. When we finish the project, feedback, revisions and all, you will pay the rest of the project.
